I have always felt the presence of the Lord, but although I was raised a believer, I never truly understood Jesus and the Word.

So when I was a teenager and tempted with lust and drugs, I fell easily into those sins. Throughout most of high school and all of college, I lived a worldly, largely meaningless life. I was attempting to fill the emptiness within my heart with temporary pleasures and love that a woman couldn’t provide. In the process, I ruined relationships, trust, and my self-esteem.

For six years, Jesus offered His hand, but I refused. I was trapped in a toxic relationship with a girl who didn’t believe in God. I was living a life of secret sin while also fueling my self-loathing. One night, I went so far as to attempt taking my own life. In my lowest moment, I pleaded with the Lord to save me from myself. He did. I lived. Jesus showed me the way; the way was him.

Still, the journey was rough, it finally took a leap of faith and commitment to him to truly change my life. With God’s help, I was delivered from my ungodly relationship. I started chasing Jesus, and in return, he filled the hole in my heart that only his love could. In January of 2025, he blessed me with a community of believers, Since then, I have understood Jesus, his love, his grace, and his mercy. Now, I use my testimony and the resources he has blessed me with to share his glory with others, to possibly help other lost souls like I once was.
