Creating with The Creator

“Whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.”
1 Corinthians 10:31

Content creation of any form can be an incredibly powerful and God-glorifying space when done with intention, excellence, and humility. At its core, content creation is storytelling, and as believers, we’re called to tell the greatest story ever told. But that doesn’t mean every video or post has to be a sermon. Sometimes it’s in your tone, your excellence, your joy, your patience, or your consistency that people see Jesus.

The world tells you to chase followers, likes, and trends. But Jesus says: “Follow Me…” (Matthew 4:19)

Let’s Pray: Father, You are the Author of creativity, the First Storyteller, the Original Artist. Thank You for giving me a voice, a platform, and a purpose. As I create, let my work reflect Your heart. Keep me from pride, comparison, and performance. Make me bold enough to speak truth, Wise enough to know when to listen. Give me clarity of vision, consistency in discipline, and purity in intention. Let the algorithms be secondary to my anointing. Let every post, every video, every edit point to You. In Jesus’ name,
Amen.

Guidance and Tips

1. Clarify Your “Why”

  • Is it for validation or vocation?

  • Are you trying to build a platform or build the Kingdom?

  • Let your “why” anchor you when numbers lie or when progress feels slow.

2. Serve, Don’t Just Share

  • Create with your audience in mind, how can you serve them with joy, peace, truth, or value?

  • Even a product review or vlog can serve others with integrity and light.

3. Kill Comparison

  • Be faithful, not famous. Impact over image. Depth over clout.

4. Stay Consistent: Spiritually not just Creatively

  • Don’t neglect time with God in the chase to produce.

5. Trust the Seed

“Do not grow weary in doing good, for at the proper time you will reap a harvest if you do not give up.”Galatians 6:9

You may not go viral, but you’re planting seeds. And God grows what glorifies Him. Don’t just create content. Create a legacy.
A digital footprint that points people to Jesus, not just you. And when you feel overlooked, discouraged, or empty, remember this.
You don’t need to “make it.” You just need to be available and willing. Stay faithful. Stay creative. Stay grounded. And let’s make Christ known, one frame, one post, one story at a time. You’re not alone in this.
